We offer FREE UK Mainland Shipping on all orders over £50. If your basket value is under £50 it is £4.95 for UK Standard Shipping.

We aim to dispatch your order within 3 working days.*
We dispatch Silvine Education orders every weekday (excluding Bank Holidays). Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number, so you can monitor its journey.
*Please note that during exceptionally busy periods, there may be a slight delay

We aim to get orders out to you as quickly as we can; all of our orders are hand-picked and packed in our Yorkshire factory. We cannot guarantee any changes to your order once it has been placed. However, we will try to do our best to help you out.
If you have made an error with the delivery address on your order, please let us know asap with your order number included. Email hello@silvine.com to ensure we can try to alter this before it is dispatched.
